This Website Design Agreement (“Agreement”) is being made between the “Client” (Stated Above) and DigiFolks to design and develop a website.

The Client will need to supply the Content (copy and Imagery) for the website. The package selected above only includes website hosting and not domain hosting - domain hosting packages are also listed above. For changes or additional requirements, a change order will have to be filled, agreed upon, and signed by both parties. DigiFolks reserves the right to refuse service if any of the content within, or any links from, the Account Holder's website is deemed illegal, misleading, or obscene. Support hours not used in a month will expire at the end of that month and will not be transferable to the next month.

The Client will not be able to downgrade their current contract package for the duration of the 24 months however they will be able to upgrade upon agreement between DigiFolks and The Client. The current agreement will be automatically renewed at the end of the term and each successive renewal term, unless terminated by the customer 30 days in advance. If a contract is cancelled before the term of the said contract is completed an early cancellation fee will apply.

DigiFolks will own the website until the 24-month period has ended. DigiFolks will then turn over all necessary files. The Client guarantees that they have legal rights to all elements of text, photographs, and anything else that they provide the DigiFolks with, and will not hold DigiFolks responsible for any third-party claims. DigiFolks will guarantee that they have legal rights to all elements related to the services they are providing and will not hold the Client responsible for any third-party claims.
